This privacy policy applies to the Quiz Tempo mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Akmal Ahmed (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service on an “AS IS” basis.
Information We Collect
The Application may collect information you provide directly or through your use of the service, including:
- your player name or display name;
- your country selection or approximate location-derived country for rankings and regional features;
- your profile photo, if you choose to upload one;
- your in-app messages and friend or social interactions;
- your gameplay data, such as game history, scores, rankings, streaks, badges, inventory, and progression;
- purchase-related status, such as premium entitlement or purchase restoration state;
- technical information needed to operate the Application, such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and basic delivery or service information from our providers.
Some features rely on an account or player identity layer, including Game Center, Firebase Authentication, and your in-app profile. If you do not use those features, some parts of the Application may be unavailable.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location.
The Application may use approximate location information, or information you provide about your country, to place you in country rankings, localize features, and support fraud prevention and service integrity.
How We Use Information
- create and maintain your player profile;
- provide gameplay features, multiplayer, leaderboards, streaks, rewards, and social features;
- store and display your selected profile photo, avatars, frames, badges, and preferences;
- deliver push notifications and important service-related updates;
- process purchases, premium access, and restore transactions;
- show ads, manage consent choices, and operate ad-supported features;
- secure the Application, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect or process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, including:
Advertising and Consent
The Application may display advertisements through third-party advertising partners such as AdMob. Depending on your region and choices, you may be asked for consent regarding personalized or non-personalized advertising.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers, legal authorities when required, and for security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention purposes.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the Application and meet legal, security, and operational requirements. To request deletion, contact help.aks.system@gmail.com.
Your Choices
- uninstall the Application to stop future collection from the device;
- manage notification permissions through your device settings;
- manage tracking or advertising consent where supported;
- contact the Service Provider to request deletion or ask privacy questions.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised policy.
