Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Quiz Tempo mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Akmal Ahmed (the “Service Provider”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The Application provides quiz gameplay, rankings, social features, messaging, profile customization, in-app purchases, and ad-supported features. Some features require an internet connection and third-party services.

You agree to use the Application lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the Application except where permitted by law;
• misuse multiplayer, messaging, rankings, rewards, purchases, or progression systems;
• interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the Application;
• use cheats, exploits, automation, or abusive behavior that harms the service or other users.

Accounts and Content

Some parts of the Application rely on player identity, profile information, profile photos, and user-generated content such as messages or usernames. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Purchases, Premium Features, and Ads

The Application may offer paid features, subscriptions, and promotional access. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and follow Apple’s billing and refund rules.

Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services for authentication, cloud data, notifications, and advertising. The Service Provider is not responsible for outages or restrictions caused by third-party platforms.

Availability and Changes

The Service Provider may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, including gameplay systems, rewards, and compatibility requirements.

Network and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any charges from your carrier or internet provider.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including code, design, branding, and visual assets, remains the property of the Service Provider or its licensors, except for third-party materials governed by their own rights.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised terms.
